Frequently Asked Questions

When I place an item into the shopping cart, the item is no longer there. Why is that?
Our shopping cart system requires cookies to be fully operative. Cookies are used to keep track of each item that you have selected and put into the shopping cart.

Some older version browsers may have trouble dealing with cookies. A current version browser may be downloaded free from www.microsoft.com or www.netscape.com.

If your browser is current, you must activate the cookies within the browser to order online.
Here are a few instructions that may help:

(PC user) Internet Explorer 6.0 (browser):
  1. Go to the top menu, pull down from Tools to Internet Options.
  2. Now locate Privacy Tab and select it.
  3. Move the silder to Medium High or lower, then click OK.
(MAC user) AOL 5.0:
  1. Go to the top menu, pull down from My AOL to Preferences.
  2. Now a new window should open, select WWW and Web Preferences should open.
  3. Now click on the Advanced Settings button.
  4. Now locate Receiving Files and select Cookies.
  5. Now find the sentence When receiving files: and pull down to Never Ask, then click OK.
(MAC user) Internet Explorer 4.01 & 5 (browser):
  1. Go to the top menu, pull down from Edit to Preferences.
  2. Now locate Receiving Files and select Cookies.
  3. Now find the sentence When receiving files: and pull down to Never Ask, then click OK.
(MAC user) Netscape Navigator 4.05 (browser):
  • Go to the top menu, pull down from Edit to Preferences.
  • Now locate Cookies.
  • Select Accept all Cookies, then click OK.
